Boston DJ company offers wedding planning ideas for the Red Sox fan

If you’re a Red Sox fan and Fenway Park is out of your budget or logistically impossible for your wedding, there are some other ways to incorporate your favorite team into your big day.

Option 1: Consider hiring Red Sox announcer Carl Beane to introduce your wedding party. He’s available for hire provided it’s off season, the Sox aren’t playing,  or the team is playing an away game.

Option 2: Invite Wally the Green Monster. Wally is available to make appearances with similar restrictions. I worked a Bar Mitzvah party this past weekend and Wally was on the invited list. Option 3: Rent the Bleacher Bar for your rehearsal dinner. It’s located inside Fenway Park under the center field wall beneath the bleachers. The space is fantastic  and looks right onto the field. You can rent part or the entire space.  This past February I was lucky to play their for my friend Ed’s birthday party – definitely a career highlight.

Option 4: Send invitations to your favorite sox players. Unless you are connected, more than likely they’ll be no shows. It will be something fun to talk about and who knows what they may send you. 🙂
